Chapter Index

Rosvitha quickly protected her waist dimples, then dove under the covers like a jumping fish. She pulled the blanket up to her chin, leaving just her nose tip exposed for breathing.
The whole sequence of movements flowed smoothly, as if she had practiced it countless times.
Leon stood by the bed, watching with interest as Rosvitha wrapped herself tightly in the covers, and asked with a smile, “What’s wrong? I just wanted to take a look.”
The queen, huddled under the covers, explained logically, “You… you still don’t understand our current situation.”
Leon raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean?”
“Now that we have two dragon marks, sensual feelings will be transmitted through the marks at double intensity.”
Rosvitha said, “For example, before if we wanted to… to do that, we’d need to kiss first, or use other intimate ways to trigger each other’s dragon marks. But now… you might want to… want that just from looking at certain parts of my body.”
Hearing this, General Leon pondered her words carefully, then shrugged,
“Do I look like someone who easily lets their lower head control their upper head?”
“I can’t comment on other things, but when it comes to husband and wife matters, you absolutely are!”
“You wrong me, Your Majesty. I just want one look, I promise I won’t do anything.”
Leon raised three fingers. “I swear to the heavens, just one look.”
Seeing Leon’s solemn expression, Rosvitha pursed her lips, debating whether to let him look.
Although as husband and wife they had explored every inch of each other, even knowing exactly where every small birthmark was located near private areas.
But willingly exposing her sensitive areas… wasn’t that too embarrassing?
Just lifting her dress at the temple earlier to show Leon her abdomen had nearly made her die of embarrassment.
And now having to show him her most sensitive waist dimples…
Rosvitha bit her lip silently, wrestling with the decision before finally saying,
“You can look, but absolutely no touching, understood?”
“OK OK.”
Rosvitha let out a breath, as if trying to reassure herself.
Then, she sat up in bed, tucked in her tail, and sat cross-legged with her back to Leon, slowly lifting the back of her dress.
Her rounded figure was wrapped in black lace, and just above the lace trim at her waist dimples was the dragon mark Rosvitha had just inscribed for herself.
It rose and fell with Rosvitha’s breathing, both alluring and sweet.
But the waist dimple was only part of the dragon mark – a small portion extended along her tailbone down beneath the lace trim.
Leon stroked his chin, frowning slightly. “Your dragon mark really knows how to pick its location.”
“Have you looked enough, you jerk!” Rosvitha said with a red face.
“Let me see your tail out too,” Leon said. “The tailbone and waist dimples are too close together – I want to see if the dragon mark changes position when your tail emerges.”
Oh, so that’s what it was – she thought the stupid man was going to try to pinch her tail again.
Rosvitha obediently complied and released her tail.
Part of the dragon mark remained on her lower back, while after her tail emerged, the other part extended beneath the tail root due to the change in body structure.
Normally when dragons go about their daily activities, they let their tails hang naturally downward.
So with the dragon mark extending under the tail, no one would be able to see it.
Unless…
There was some perverted dragon who enjoyed lifting others’ tails.
If they ever encountered such a person, Leon would definitely reduce them to ashes with lightning before they could touch his wife.
“It’s under the tail root,” Leon said.
Hearing Leon say this, Rosvitha also secretly sighed in relief. “Oh, that’s good then – at least it didn’t move to any weird places.”
“By weird places, do you mean your bottom?”
“Shut up! Do you have some kind of obsession with my bottom?”
“I’m obsessed with your entire body, Your Majesty.”
“Go die, you idiot! You’re so shameless!”
Do married men just get increasingly shameless and thick-skinned as time goes on?
This stupid dog… still hasn’t figured out his place, daring to speak to his queen this way.
Rosvitha thought to herself secretly, then lowered her dress and lay back down under the covers. “I’ll deal with you another day. Get in bed and sleep.”
“Oh? Are you still brave enough to sleep in the same bed as me?” Leon asked.
Rosvitha blinked, not understanding why Leon would ask this. “What’s there to be afraid of?”
“You just said the dragon marks become more sensitive. So what if I accidentally touch your hand and you want to violate me?”
Rosvitha rolled her eyes at the ceiling in exasperation. “Don’t be so full of yourself, idiot. Forget about just touching my hand – even if we held hands all night while sleeping, I wouldn’t have any thoughts about you at all.”
“Well, since Your Majesty puts it that way, I suppose I’ll have to reluctantly continue sleeping with Your Majesty.”
“If you don’t want to force yourself, you can go sleep in the courtyard. No one’s stopping you.”
Leon grinned, walked around to the other side of the bed, changed into his sleepwear, and slipped under the covers.
Then, under the blanket, he took hold of Rosvitha’s hand.
Being able to precisely find Rosvitha’s hand under the covers without seeing it – besides the Queen deliberately placing her hand there, the General had also become quite skilled at this.
After joining hands, the couple naturally interlaced their fingers.
Leon carefully assessed the sensation, then commented,
“Doesn’t seem to feel… particularly special. How about you?”
“I don’t feel anything either. In fact, I just feel sleepy.”
“Heh, living together for over a year and already lost the feeling, is that it?”
Rosvitha gave him a sidelong glance. “There are only two types of people who feel nothing lying together.”
Leon turned his head to look at her. “Oh? Which two?”
“Pure friendship and old married couples.”
“Oh my, Your Majesty, you’re making me blush – married for three years and we’re already an old couple?”
“Idiot, I’m saying we’re pure friends.”
“If you say so-“
Their banter came to an abrupt halt.
Leon suddenly felt his heart skip a beat.
After that skip, his breathing began to quicken involuntarily, and his body temperature gradually rose.
The fingers of Rosvitha’s hand in his twitched slightly.
Which meant Rosvitha was having the same reaction as him.
Their joined hands became extremely sensitive – just the simple act of holding hands kept triggering various associations in the married couple’s minds.
Rosvitha had always enjoyed the feeling of Leon’s palm caressing her, and that sensation… now affected her physical senses just through imagination alone.
She gripped the bedsheet tightly with her other hand, struggling to suppress her body’s restlessness.
“Leon… Leon…”
“Don’t call my name…”
Many times at the height of pleasure, Rosvitha would unconsciously call Leon’s name.
But this time she simply wanted to call out to Leon – who knew these simple two syllables from her mouth would become so…
Enchanting.
“No… Leon, I feel… something’s not quite right.”
Leon glanced at her, then said, “What’s wrong, dragon mother? Didn’t you just say holding hands all night wouldn’t be an issue?”
Rosvitha pressed her slightly dry lips together, trying to withdraw her hand.
But being held tightly in Leon’s large palm felt too wonderful…
Now she didn’t need to do anything – just having him hold her hand allowed her to experience wonderful sensations.
Though it could easily lead to unintended consequences, the feeling was too intoxicating.
So, after a brief internal struggle, Rosvitha gave up.
At this moment, Leon was experiencing the same flutter of emotions.
“Hey, dragon mother, do you… do you smell that?”
“Smell what?”
“It’s so fragrant…”
“Huh?”
There was the sound of turning beside her, and the man by her pillow moved closer, wrapping his arm around her waist under the covers.
“Rosvitha, you smell so good.”
